Yes. You can use a solar panel to charge it.

2. What's the difference between the PB2S and having a regular power bank on hand?
The PB2S is more eco-friendly. You can use it as a charger for cells and a power bank. You can replace the cells.
You can find 10,000mAh power banks that are smaller than PB2S, but you cannot replace the cells! You don't know how good this power bank is!

3. Could I use a power bank to plug into this PB2S and charge 18650 when I'm out fishing?
Yes. It holds 18650, 20700 or 21700 cells so you can charge them in it.

4. Can the XTAR PB2S be used with only one 18650 battery?
