Warranty Process

If the item you have ordered is defective(exclude manmade damage), please contact us to get the replace or repair service.
You can send an email to us ([email protected]) and tell us your order ID(of XTARDirect.com only) or warranty number(you can find it on your warranty card or the color box), we will help you to check the warranty period.

For the solar panel and power station:
1. The warranty period is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The order ID of Xtardirect.com or original order confirmation email is required in order to establish the start date of warranty period.
2. For the quality issues within 30 days, we will offer full refund or one-time free replacement after providing videos of the defective products. For the orders after 30 days, apply to the Return Policy.
3. This warranty period only applies to product purchased directly from XTARDirect.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

For regular products under warranty:
1. within the seller warranty period of 15 days, we offer free replacement and pay the two-way return shipping costs for you.
2. after 15 days of receiving your order, meanwhile within the warranty period, we offer free repairment and pay the shipping cost of sending the product back to you. And you will need pay the shipping cost of sending the product to us. Usually it takes about 1-3 months including the delivery time sending back to customer.

For the products out of warranty:
We offer lifetime repairment, and only charge the replacing part costs. The two-way shipping fee is paid by yourself.


XTAR's warranty does not apply to:
• Non-quality related issues;
• Item purchased from unauthorized resellers;
• Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
• Items that have been refunded;
• Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
• Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes; (lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such)
• Free products.
