Warranty Process

If the item you have ordered is defective(exclude manmade damage), please contact us to get the replace or repair service.
You can send an email to us (toma@xtar.cc or info@xtar.cc)and tell us your order ID or warranty number(you can find it on your warranty card), we will help you to check the warranty period.

For the solar panel and power station under warranty:
1. Within the seller warranty period of 12 months, we offer free replacement and pay the return shipping cost wthin The United States Only. ( We only offer to the orders from www.xtardirect.com, and we will need your Order ID)
2. After 12 months since you received the products and also within 24 months, we offer free repairment and pay one-way freight back to you.

For regular products under warranty:
1. within the seller warranty period of 15 days, we offer free replacement and pay the two-way return shipping costs for you.
2. after 15 days of receiving your order, meanwhile within the warranty period, we offer free repairment and pay the shipping cost of sending the product back to you. And you will need pay the shipping cost of sending the product to us. Usually it takes about 1-3 months including the delivery time sending back to customer.
