The XTAR 21700HP 5000mAh battery has a 3.60V (out of the box) which is a very good storage-transport voltage. It measures 75.0mm in length and 21.2mm in diameter. I measured a weight of 70g. In 3000mA charging (max charge current), I measured a max input of 1.2A 12.1V (PD3.0 XTAR VX4 charger). The real capacity is 5079 mAh which is 102% of the battery's nomimal capacity (5000mAh). All my measurements met the manufacture's stated specifications. I also must say that the battery's output is very stable. I haven't noticed any overheating or stepdown issues during tests with an Astrolux dive flashlight. The XTAR 21700HP battery features high-quality components designed to withstand professional use.
