At XTARDIRECT, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping details carefully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Origins

You may choose the shipping origin—USA, Europe, or China—based on item availability. Please note that some items may not be available in all warehouse locations.

Shipments from USA

  • Coverage: Free shipping is available for all items shipped from our U.S. warehouse, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Carriers & Estimated Delivery:

    • UPS: 2–7 business days (Solar Panels).

    • USPS: 5–10 business days (Chargers, flashlights, and batteries). Note: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us via email for a quote.

    • FedEx: 5–10 business days (Bulk/Large quantity orders of chargers, batteries, and flashlights).

Shipments from Europe

  • Carrier: DHL Packet (5–8 business days).

  • Terms: Free shipping is available for Solar Panels shipped from our Germany warehouse to European countries; local duties are included.

  • Important: Some spare parts may be shipped from our China warehouse if out of stock in Europe. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding local duties for these items.

Shipments from China

  • Carrier: 4px.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–20 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–15 business days for Asia and the USA; 15–30 business days for Europe and other regions).

  • Tracking: Once the package clears customs, it will be handed over to your local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) for final delivery. Final-mile delivery typically takes 3–7 days.

3. Important Shipping Notes

  • Tracking Updates: Delivery timelines begin once the package is registered in the tracking system. Please allow 1–2 business days for the logistics provider to process the package before tracking information becomes active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with their order. We strongly recommend researching your local customs policies before placing an order.

  • Value Declaration: If you require a specific declared value for your shipment, please email us or leave a note during checkout. Please be advised that the customer assumes full responsibility for any customs risks or consequences resulting from a requested under-declaration.
