The XTAR 18650 4000mAh battery has a 3.56V (out of the box) which is a very good storage voltage. It measures 69.6mm in length and 18.3mm in diameter. I measured a weigh of 49.4g. In 2000mA charging (max charge current), I measured a max input of 1.0A 9.2V (QC3.0). The real capacity is 4120mAh which is 104% of the battery's nomimal capacity (4000mAh). All my measurements met the manufacture's stated specifications. I also did an output test in which I measured a max output current (peak discharge) of 13A. I haven't noticed overheating or light output drop issues during my tests. The battery met and exceeded its specifications in all of the input/output tests I ran with it. I tested its compatibilty on chargers, flashlights, bluetooth speaker and marked down its output performance. These batteries are 69mm long, NOT 65mm (18650) -so they DO NOT FIT several of my devices - if I'd known I wouldn't have bought them. Can only use them in one flashlight. They look well made and are powerful, but ...
