1.When will my SN4 charger be delivered?
All SN4 Charger will be sent from Shenzhen warehouse by 4px, and it will take 5-20 working days to arrive at you.
2.Warranty Period?
XTAR provides a 2-year warranty globally for SN4 charger (adapter and other spare parts excluded).
3. Can SN4 activate the over-discharged camera batteries like other XTAR chargers do?
Sure, SN4 can definitely bring your over-discharged batteries back to life.
4. What are the SN4 advantages of three-stage charging compared with traditional methods?
Unlike other chargers which still uses pulse charging technology that fluctuates electrical currents going into the battery, we use a three-stage intelligent charging protocol, which greatly reduces battery wear and improves battery life expectancy.
5. Why some camera batteries cannot be charged at current 3A/2A?
Because some batteries are of larger internal resistance than others. To ensure the safety while charging, these battery manufacturers restrict the input current to 1.6A~1.9A max. SN4 can automatically identify battery type and internal resistance and adopt optimal current. For batteries of large internal resistance( small capacity, used and low quality batteries), SN4 will automatically decrease the charging current to prevent batteries from overheating, and ensure the safety of users.
