Can I cancel my order after payment?
If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry that the order cannot be cancelled.
If the status of the order is still in "awaiting confirm payment" or ” awaiting shipping”, you can click the "Contact" button and apply for cancellation on the order details page.
Or you can just contact us to tell your requirement. Then you can see the progress on the order details page.
Your money will be refunded to you by the bank according to the payment method you choose.
Tips: we usually pack your order within 24 hours after you place your order, so if you want to cancel the order, you are suggested to deal with it in 24 hours.

How to cancel my unpaid order?
If your order is still unpaid, you can cancel your order through your account. You can find the "Cancel Order" button on the My Orders page.

How to cancel some items in the order?
If your order has not been paid, please cancel this order and re-purchase the items you want.
If your order has already been paid, please contact us to help you cancel the items.
If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry that the items cannot be cancelled. 

Why is my item (order) cancelled?
If the item (order) has any problems during processing and we can't get in touch with you, we will cancel the item (order) in problems and refund you. We will inform you of this by email.
